Pacific University students Peter Miller, Class of 1930, and Robert T. Oliver, Class of 1932, posing with trophy. The trophy appears to say something about McCormick Hall.
Students and faculty on Pacific University's campus during Clean up Day. Costumes were a traditional part of Campus Clean up Day, and so the students are posing in their get-ups on the porch of McCormick Hall after their lunch.
Professor of Biology Robert E. Stockhouse discusses botany with students Pam Cielchelski and Liz (last name unknown), at Pacific University. They are standing by a table covered in plant specimens; the chalkboard behind them reads "Summer School Course." This photograph was probably taken in the late 1970s or early 1980s.
Students gather in a field at Pacific University to watch a Boxer Toss. Boxer Tosses were events where the bronze statue of Boxer would be fought over by a crowd of students, all wanting to have the statue of Boxer for themselves or their club.

A photograph of attendees wearing redface while in line for a buffet at a Pacific University alumni dinner, held between 1957-1959. There were at least two alumni dinners held during this time period, which were advertised under the title, "Pow-wow Dinner." The event did not actually include Native Americans. From photographs, it appears to have included: white performers dressed in wigs, makeup and costumes; performing a fake "pow-wow" dance; attendees wearing Native-style chieftain headdresses; attendees being given headbands with feathers to wear (visible on the left in this image); and decorations mimicking a forest setting. This took place in Pacific University's Old Gymnasium. The photographer, Herb Drew, was a student who took pictures for the campus newspaper.
Group portrait of the Pacific University choir on a tour stop in Seattle, Washington in 1950. The life preserver reads 'Skippers / Seattle.' Notice one of the male students giving one of the female students 'bunny ears' in the middle of the photo.
