Governor John Kitzhaber and Vicwood K.T. Chong look at a framed letter of appreciation from Victor Atiyeh on Chong's desk in Hong Kong. During the meeting, Chong spoke of his long-standing relationship with Oregon and his friendship with Atiyeh. This picture was sent to Atiyeh by Dalton Hobbs, a trade development manager for the Department of Agriculture, with his stated pleasure at seeing Atiyeh at a Spirit Mountain Casino dinner.
