An Israeli tour guide wearing an Oregon State Police hat, during a visit to Israel during Governor Victor Atiyeh's 1984 Middle East trade mission. According to Atiyeh's Press Secretary Denny Miles, the tour guide was a war veteran who gave tours based on his personal experiences. The hat was given to him by Lieutenant Lon Holbook, who accompanied Atiyeh on the trade mission.
